If the agents can detect these loops then they can collect more commissions.Michael Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10362529610470788243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5465015914589377788.post-14735173265089070062011-06-20T21:27:39.686-04:002011-06-20T21:27:39.686-04:00I believe you have too much confidence in the syst...I believe you have too much confidence in the system, if we were to admit there is one. I personally know somebody in QC who was able to buy 4 homes with minimum deposit of 3% on a 2200$/mo net salary before the banks figured out (when she went for the 5th). Luckily for the banks she was responsible and kept the payments up to date but this shows how weak the system is.Andihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09975774781231509585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5465015914589377788.post-62617694882325866122011-06-20T09:11:47.674-04:002011-06-20T09:11:47.674-04:00@Patrick: This looks like the same problem except...@Patrick: This looks like the same problem except that in the programming case you hope to detect loops in nanoseconds and in the real estate case, an hour of computer time would be fine.Michael Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10362529610470788243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5465015914589377788.post-66868957653633637912011-06-20T07:57:18.212-04:002011-06-20T07:57:18.212-04:00Sounds like the classic problem encountered by ref...Sounds like the classic problem encountered by reference-counted garbage collection.Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16816252455472704262noreply@blogger.com
