  2. Let's say buy-and-hold totally sucks, which to be fair is true is some time periods. Is there anything better? I'm not convinced there is.

  4. On the buy and hold front, reporters don't check facts, they are fed stories. When and if the market swings back to a buy and hold environment, they'll be fed a buy and hold story which they will print hook, line and sinker as well.
